What data we collect

Pricely accesses your Shopify store's product prices and inventory levels solely to perform the import and scheduling operations you request. We do not collect, store, or sell personal data about your customers.

We store the following shop-level data:

• Your shop domain (to identify your account)
• Import history and scheduled job configurations you create within the app
• Price snapshots used for rollback, retained until you delete the import record

How we use your data

Data is used exclusively to provide the app's functionality: importing prices and stock levels, scheduling future updates, and enabling rollback. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties.

Email notifications

If you provide an email address for import notifications, we use it only to send you status updates about your imports and scheduled jobs. We do not send marketing emails.

Data retention

Import history and price snapshots are retained until you delete them or uninstall the app. On uninstall, your shop data is removed within 48 hours.

Third-party services

Pricely is hosted on Railway and uses a PostgreSQL database provided by Railway. Email notifications are sent via Resend. These services process data only as needed to operate the app.
